Returns Policy

All our watches are brand new and fully inspected before your shipment is dispatched.

However as a customer for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 (seven) days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process.

• Contact person , telephone number and complete address
• Proof of purchase
• Pictures of the watch and packaging
• Valid reason for return

• Unused and in original and resalable condition with all labels intact
• No Scratch or physical damage on the watch and packaging
• Must be with proof of purchase
• Merchandise must be in original condition  with all the manufacturers packing, tags, warranty card.

Your request will be reviewed and responded at earliest.

Costs involved for returns shall be the responsibility of the clients and item should be sent via a reliable and traceable postal/courier services as otherwise we shall be unable to help you in case the item is lost in transit or received in damaged condition.   

Upon receipt, watches will be checked if they are unworn / unused and If we find that the goods are not of acceptable condition, we will contact you to offer a reduced refund or arrange to send them back to you. Original shipping expenses or USD 30 will be deducted for any refund on returned watches.
