We accept Paypal and Credit card payments only. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. Items will be shipped only after the transaction has been cleared.

All orders are reviewed / approved and will be processed only after your payment is received by us. In-case due to certain reasons the orders are not approved / accepted, the payments will be returned immediately.
Standard shipment is FREE* worldwide by Hong Kong Registered Post. ( Some countries may charge Import / Vat / Custom Duties etc. that has to be settled by the Receiver. )
Due to restrictions in some countries like Russia, Nigeria, Afghanistan etc we are not accepting / shipping any orders. Also, we DO NOT ship to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses, and conflicted zones or unsafe territories.
It take us 2-3 business days to ship out your order from our Logistic hub in Hong Kong. All shipments will be by Standard Registered Hong Kong post and shall take 10 - 20 business days for you to receive your order.
The time it takes to receive your order varies depending on the location and efficiency of the local postal services. Kindly note the time-frame of 10 to 20 business days is given as a guideline only and may be subject to change due to customs delays and unexpected events.
Express Shipment Option ( 6 - 7 business days delivery ) is available at the Checkout with added cost USD 30 per watch. Please select this option if you want faster delivery.
Prices displayed on our online store DO NOT include any Import / VAT / Sales / Custom duties or fees.
Some countries have Import / VAT / Custom Duties etc. that are charged when the shipment arrives to destination country.
These charges / fees at destination country has to be handled and settled by the receiver directly with his respective local authorities / agents.
Audaz Watches does not take any responsibility for duties / charges at destination country.
Since the duties, fees , taxes etc. differ from country to country so we are unable to provide estimation on same, we highly recommend you to contact your local customs office / agents for further information.
For any reason if the duties are not paid when the shipment arrives at the destination, generally the shipment will be sent back to us or it will be destroyed by local authorities.
If the shipment is sent back to us, upon receiving the package we can refund the order amount to you only after deducting the shipping and return shipping fees, plus if there were any other duties charged recipient's destination by authorities, these charges will also be deducted from the order value.
If Shipment is destroyed by your local authorities, this order shall not be eligible for any refund.
Upon receiving the watch, please feel free to check the watch carefully without removing any protective wrapping.
Prior to dispatching the shipment, all watches are fully inspected by our QC Team to ensure all watches are working correctly and are shipped in brand new condition to ensure 100% satisfaction. However, If you are dissatisfied as a customer with your purchase, please contact us within 7 (seven) days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process.

All we require is that any item you send back to us must be: Unused , in original and resalable condition with all labels intact. No Scratch or physical damage on the watch and packaging. Mainly, the merchandise must be in original condition with all the manufacturers packing, tags, warranty card.
Products purchased in SALE or WEEKLY PROMOTIONS section on our website fall in Clearance or Final Sale category, therefore will not eligible for returns or exchange.
Shipping costs involved for returns is the responsibility of the client. Watches should be shipped to us via a reliable and traceable postal/courier services as otherwise we shall be unable to help you in case the item is lost in transit or received in damaged condition.
Upon receipt, watches will be checked if they are used / worn. In-case we find that the watches are used / worn or have any kind of cosmetic issue and they are not of acceptable condition for return, we will contact you to offer a reduced refund or arrange to send them back to you.
Original shipping expenses or USD 30 will be deducted for any refund on returned watches.
Audaz watches does not take responsibility for any custom charges / fees etc. on any items.
It may take 5 - 10 business days to process a returns request, after we receive the watch back.
The warranty covers only manufacturing defects or faults for a period of two ( 02 ) years from the date of purchase.
It covers malfunction caused due to parts failure or incorrect assembly.
The warranty does not cover issues like :
- Failure or damage caused by improper use / carelessness / accidents ( Knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal etc.)
- Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
- Failure or damage caused by fire or water.
- Loss caused by theft
- Act of god or a natural disaster such as earthquake, typhoons etc.
- Aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging ( minor scratches etc. on the case and/or crystal, alteration of the color of watchband and fading of the plating)
First, please contact us via email at : email@example.com with the issue in your watch. Watches that need repairs have to shipped to our office in Hong Kong by the customer on his account. We shall do our best to keep the costs for repair as minimal as possible.
The pictures are shot by humans in the studio, and each picture is shot with different light settings for different angles.
We do our best to match the color of the product images that you see on the website to the actual watch. The pictures have to pass our acceptable tolerance levels to go online.
Some customers may find a marginal difference in the color of their watch and onscreen image. This could happen due to various reasons like different screens, ambiance lighting etc. and therefore can't be counted as a reason for returning the watch.
