Listed prices are based in US Dollars, for other currencies there may be certain conversion fees charged by the Payment Processors / Gateways. 

Add your item to the cart, proceed to checkout and fill in your complete address, next enter your payment method, and complete the purchase.

Generally, all orders are shipped in 2-3 working days once the payment is captured, and we do out best to ship the orders asap.

Free shipping via Hong Kong Post ( 10 to 20 days delivery ) and Faster Express options available at checkout.

Listed prices exclude the Customs , Import , Tariffs, VAT , Local fees etc.  

Duties and Tariffs are calculated at Checkout page, and will be collected upfront, to ensure complete transparency.

Orders placed without upfront Duties and Tariffs will not be processed. 

Returns are accepted on intimation within within 7 days of delivered date. 

Watches must be unused, and in same condition as shipped with the wrapping, labels etc still on them. 

Return shipping is on the customer, and will be subject to 20% restocking fees. 

Duties and Tariffs will not be returned as they will be paid to respective countries authorities, and cannot be recalled by Audaz Watches.

Items purchased from Special / Seasonal / Final Sale will not be qualified for returns.  

Customer has to ship the watch back to us via trackable courier on their account, and on receipt we'll inspect if the returned product is in acceptable condition.
 
Accordingly, we'll update with the possible refund details. It can take up to 5 to 7 days for complete refund process, please read the Refund policy

All watches are covered under 2 year manufacturer warranty, it does not cover any wear and tear issues, damages or failures caused by external reasons.

Watches are shot under controlled light settings and the photos on the website are enhanced with retouching, so it may have marginal difference in appearance under normal lights as every ambience will reflect the watch differently.
